We have finished a new development that allows the project administrator to configure abstract submission fees for early, on time, or late submissions.
To configure this, please follow these steps:
- Log into Participantlogic and go to menu Maintenance now scroll down to Activity Groups.
- Set up the Activity Group according to your needs and note the new caption called Placement abstract form, in which you will need to configure where in the AL form you would like this activity group to be placed. You can choose any of the following options:
- Abstract screen
- Authors screen
- Correspondence screen
- When finished, click Save.
- Next, go to menu item Activities. Here, create an activity and link it to the Activity Group you made earlier. Click Save.
- Finally, go into Abstractlogic and confirm that everything in the submission form is correct.
