Click on Add > Fill up the Form > Click on Next > It will ask to upload the proof. As it is Admin mode, we can close the form which will make the record in the incomplete list.
Select the record from the incomplete list > Click on Update Status to Complete > Go
Go back to Home page/ Refresh the screen. Select the record for the complete list > Click on Email > Select the correct email template > Click on Send
