Enhancing Uploaded Document Management for the Next-Generation Membership Form

The team has introduced a much more intuitive way to manage uploaded documents. Previously, if a user uploaded the wrong document for an engineer, the only solution was to delete the entire record and re-enter all information from scratch. With this update, users can replace documents instantly from the interface! 

Key Improvements:

• Quick-Edit Icon in Tables: A new pencil icon has been added directly to the "Qualification Upload" column in the members list. Clicking this allows users to immediately upload a new file, which seamlessly replaces the old one in seconds without needing to navigate away from the page.
• Full Edit Menu Integration: A new "Qualification Upload" field has also been integrated into the main "Edit Member" pop-up window. This enables users to correct an engineer's name, qualification type, date, and uploaded document all at the same time.
• Automatic Storage Optimisation: Behind the scenes, the system now automatically locates and permanently deletes the old document from the servers whenever a replacement is uploaded. This keeps storage clutter-free and maintains system speed.
