If you wish to build a group form, it would be the following menu items:
To set up a group form, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Parameters in the left-hand-side menu and select Group Registration to customize form texts, banners, and confirmation email.
2. Under Parameters, edit the Group profile by selecting Group Login Texts.
3. Access Group Login Links under Parameters to find links for editing the group profile and downloading invoice templates.
4. Access Activity Groups under Maintenance in the left-hand-side menu.
5. Select Activities from the left-hand-side menu under Maintenance. Note that activities can be displayed exclusively on the group form.
