Four New Features for our Virtual Platforms

Choose which video to display to viewers who access the virtual platform after an event has finished

You now have two options for the video you wish to display on the virtual platform after your event has finished: you can choose either the first or the last video played during your event.

Add video links to your presentations in the Standard Experience virtual platform

You are now able to add video links to your presentations in the Programme Builder in our Standard Experience virtual platform. This video provides a demonstration using a YouTube video, but please note that the procedure is the same when using Vimeo or any other video service platform.

Enable on-demand content

In our Enhanced and Advanced virtual platforms, you can now enable or disable on-demand access to session recordings after your event has finished.

Your on-demand content can be made available immediately after the event or at a later date, depending on your preferences. In some cases you may wish to provide on-demand content for some sessions, but not all. This is all possible now with these new settings.

Book sessions directly through the virtual platform

It is now possible for attendees to book sessions directly from our Enhanced and Advanced virtual platforms. First configure which attendee activity preferences should be linked with a session, and then simply toggle the “Allow to book via virtual platform” option to “Yes”.
