The idea behind the "Holding Table" is designed for working with those records that are not already included in Shocklogic system yet.
For example, you may have your VIPs or Speaker Registrations or members that are held in another CRM systems. These can be imported into the holding table in participantlogic using the template spreadsheet. This template can be located in 5.15 - Import Holding Table in the participantlogic system and clicking the download template button.
The benefit of implementing a holding table is that the data the holding table has can be used to pre populate a registration form for an event you have planned in a project in participantlogic. This can be useful for example for your VIPs who you want to complete the form with more ease.
Member fees can be pre assigned to save time on your members making decisions or fees can be made complimentary depending on your data set
In addition, you can also assign the activities that are not visible to "Non-members".
