The main goal of this tool is to show administrators exactly how people are using the Virtualogic platform and Websites. It tracks user behaviour (like which pages they visit and how long they stay) to help manage the platform better.
Detailed User Tracking
It is possible to see exactly what each user is doing during their session: (image)
User Details: Shows the user's Name, ID, Email, IP address, and Country.
Exact Times: Shows the exact time they logged in and logged out.
Page-by-Page View: If you click on a user, you can see a list of every single page (URL) they visited and how much time they spent on each one.
Easy Searching and Filtering
The table is designed to be easy to use, even with lots of data: (image)
Search Tools: You can filter by text (Name/ID), pick a specific Date Range, or search for a specific Page URL (to see who visited a certain part of the site).
Live Data: There is a "Refresh" button to get the latest activity without reloading the whole page.
Pagination: If there are many sessions, the list is split into pages so it isn't overwhelming.
Visual Charts (Analytics)
There is a "Graphics" button that opens simple charts to help you visualise the data: (image)
Top 5 URLs: Shows the 5 pages where users spend the most time.
Traffic by Country: A pie chart showing which countries your users are connecting from.
Note: These charts update automatically based on the filters you use.
Excel Download
You can easily download your data into an Excel file (.xlsx) with the click of a button. The file includes two sheets: (image)
Sheet 1: A general summary of the sessions (Who, When, and Total Time).
Sheet 2: A full, detailed list of every page visited by every user.
Security
Access to these reports is protected. You must log in with administrator details to see this information. (image)
