Participantlogic: New Shocklogic Integration with QFlow

We're thrilled to announce our latest collaboration: an integration between Shocklogic and Qflow via Participantlogic. Qflow is renowned for its efficient event check-in and ticket management solutions, simplifying the process of handling attendee data.

This integration enables seamless bulk import of existing customer data directly into Qflow's platform, leveraging an API for enhanced efficiency and convenience. This method mirrors the ease of uploading client data through our preformatted Excel sheet but with the added advantages of automation and real-time data synchronisation. Consequently, all completed registrations are promptly transmitted to Qflow, ensuring up-to-date information across both systems.

The shared information encompasses:

• First Name
• Family Name
• Email
• Person_Id (formatted as a barcode)
• Activity Name (for activities designated 'Scan Using Scanlogic' and tagged as Tickets)

Configuring this functionality is straightforward via the Participantlogic interface. Simply navigate to the 'External Integrations' menu, choose 'Qflow Event Management' from the dropdown, and input the necessary details:

• External Client: Client_ID
• External Project: Client_Secret
• Auth Username: Username
• Auth Password: Password
• ExtraField01: Primary Subscription Key
• ExtraField02: Event_Id
