We are pleased to announce that now, you have the ability to select a specific email template and set it as your automated confirmation email.
Here's how to configure this feature:
- Go to the Participantlogic menu in Parameters.
- Under Participant Registration, locate "Acknowledgment Email" and "Confirmation Email Subject."
- Add a dropdown (single selector) after "Confirmation Email Subject" to choose between:
- Email Body
- Email Template
- Text Editor
If you choose "Email Template," another dropdown will appear, allowing you to select from all available email templates to be sent as the confirmation email.
If you select "Text Editor," the current "Text for Email acknowledgement" field will be displayed.
Please note that these emails may contain merge fields, links, images, and more. Ensure you receive the email correctly upon completing registration or use the function to resend the confirmation email via the participant display.
