We're excited to introduce a powerful new feature that enhances exhibitor- contractor collaboration within Exhibitorlogic. This feature simplifies the process of managing contractors and their form submissions, benefitting both exhibitors and project managers. Here's how it works:

For Exhibitors:

1. Effortless Contractor Management:
   Exhibitors can now easily manage their list of contractors and make necessary updates when required. This feature provides exhibitors with full control over their contractor relationships.
2. Form Assignment to Contractors:
   Exhibitors can assign specific forms to their contractors, streamlining the form submission process. By delegating this task, exhibitors can focus on other essential aspects of their participation.
3. Contractor Portal Access:
   Contractors receive secure login credentials to access a dedicated portal. This portal grants them limited access, allowing them to complete the required forms efficiently.
   
   

For Project Managers:

For project managers, this feature brings added organisation and categorization to the contractor list:

• Efficient Categorisation: Project managers can categorise and label newly added contractors based on their chosen categories and activities. This feature simplifies contractor management and makes locating specific contractors a breeze.
• Streamlined Filtering: In the main view, project managers can use category or activity filters to sort and identify contractors quickly. This filtering capability ensures contractors are easily accessible when needed.
  
  

Enabling the Feature:

To activate this feature and start benefiting from it, follow these straightforward steps:

1. Access Profile Parameters: In the Participantlogic main view, navigate to the menu item "1.02 Profile Parameters."
2. Enter Exhibitor Profile: Click on the "Exhibitor Profile" tab. See here
3. Configure Contractor Settings: Scroll down to the "Contractor" section and toggle “Use Contractor” to “YES”. Here, you can:
   1. Assign Categories: Automatically categorise contractors for efficient organisation.
   2. Assign Activities: Automatically assign activities to contractors for easy identification.

Customise Registration Emails: Personalise acknowledgment emails for contractors, which may contain important instructions. See here
