Reset Password Functionality Now Available in Participantlogic

Participantlogic now includes a reset password feature, similar to the ones used for Abstractlogic and Memberlogic. With this new functionality, project managers and product users can send a direct reset password email to their delegates upon request, whether on-site or via email. This eliminates the need for manual password resets and is GDPR compliant.

To use this feature, please follow these steps:

1. Open Participantlogic and select a project.
2. Go to menu item User Interface navigate to URLs or use the icon in the top left under the name URLs - links to forms and screens
3. Scroll down to Participant Profile Forgot Password and click on the link.
4. Enter the email you want to send the reset password link to and click submit.
5. The email owner will receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password. The email will contain a link that will direct them to a secure page where they can type and confirm their new password.
