iVent Integration

We have completed the integration of iVent with Shocklogic’s systems. This enables existing customer data from a client to be bulk imported to iVent’s virtual platform. This functionality is similar to uploading client data with our preformatted Excel sheet, but in this case the API is used instead.

The functionality is configured via Participantlogic menu item Parmeters  now navigate to - External Integrations. Simply select iVent Event Management from the dropdown menu, and populate the fields Auth Password, Auth URL, ExtraField01 and ExtraField05.
