Introducing Our New Duplicate Record Prevention Feature in Memberlogic

We're excited to introduce a new feature enhancing data integrity in Memberlogic: preventing duplicate record creation when the 'Activate unique status is set to Yes for Email' is enabled.

How It Works:

When active, the system checks for existing email entries before creating a new record. If an email exists in an 'Incomplete' state:

• An email is sent to the “Incomplete” record owner.
• Users are redirected to the initial form page associated with the existing record instead of creating a duplicate.

Getting Started:

Enable this feature in 'Demographics' settings by selecting 'Activate unique status is set to Yes for Email'. The system manages duplicates automatically.
