In the New Email Module there are 3 ways to add event to Calendar:
- As links
- As images
- As button

To generate the Google Calendar URL:
- Open your Google Calendar and select the event you want to share
- Click the three dots to open the option menu
- Click "Publish event"
- Copy the URL and paste the link in the new email module as link/image/button
To generate the Outlook Calendar / iCal file:
- Create the calendar item
- Choose File | Save as | iCalendar format (*.ics)
- Click Save
- Upload the file to "Media Gallery" and link the text/image/button as a URL
