1) Go to menu > '5. Sessions/Scheduling'
2) 5.03 - Create the session types, for example - Satellite Meeting, Plenary Session, ePosers session etc'. Also, select from the drop-down list if the session is a Non-Abstract driven session/ Abstract driven Session and click 'Save'.
3) 5.05 - Create session rooms (for an event, you can add the maximum capacity per room)
4) 5.07 - Create your sessions - enter the session name. From the dropdown list select the session type
and the room that was created before. Select the date and the session start and end times.
If you have already added your chairpersons to the faculty page, you will also be able to assign them
to the session at this stage.
**Please remember to keep enough space between the session IDs' numbers in case you will have to add more sessions in between**
Scroll down and click 'Save'
