We have added a new feature that allows the delegates to get a category automatically based on the activity selection. To set up this new feature you will need to follow these steps:
- Go to the left menu to: "3. Maintenance" > "3.11 Participant Categories"
- Select the category that you would like to set this to
- Here you will see these 3 options (See Here):
- Must Select All Control Activities: You would need to turn on to the system take into account this category to get assigned automatically.
- Must Select All Control Activities: Here you are going to select the activity or activities that will control if a delegate gets this Category.
- Automatic category assignment: This feature can work in 2 ways:
- If this option is on you it means that the delegate must have all the listed activities in order to get this category.
- If this option is off it means that the delegate gets this category if it has any listed activities.
- Please note that this feature is going to be triggered every time the set of activities of a delegate changes.
