Access Onsitelogic Reports on Badge Printing, Arrival Statistics and Scanning

As we often need quick access to information on badge printing and arrival statistics when on site, we’ve made several additions to our Onsitelogic Reports.

These reports now include:

1. Arrivals Summary 
2. Badge Collection By Day
3. Badge Collection By Hour
4. Arrival and No Show
5. Arrival Statistics
6. Scanning Summary Report

To access these reports, please follow these steps:

1. Open Onsitelogic and select the project.
2. Select either Launch POD or Launch Admin, the reports are not available in Selfreg.
3. Click on the hamburger menu in the top right corner and select Reports from the list.
4. The new reports should be available to select from a list of tabs at the top of the screen. 

Note: Projects will only be shown in Onsitelogic if they have participants; a newly opened project that does not yet have any participants will not be visible in Onsitelogic.
